We offer a unique Always On! Uptime guarantee because we have invested heavily in the equipment and systems that comprise our hosting platform.
Subject to the terms of our Always On! Uptime policy, a customer's website will be up and available at least 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month,
or the customer will receive credit towards their account according to the following schedule:
